Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for dynamic energetic team player leaders who would be responsible for understanding the client s digital requirements and ensuring the same is executed. He/She would be expected to undertake following responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of SEO (Search Engine Optimizer), SEM (Search Engine Marketing). SMO (Social Media Optimization). Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo Bing in order to maximize ROI
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions. Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and SEO reports for clients on a weekly basis using Google Analytics similar tools.
  • Main focus will be off-page and on-page optimization.
  • Perform all off-page tasks successfully, including article insertion /press release/directory submissions, RSS feeds, forum postings, blog posts, social bookmarking and commenting on social networks.
  • Need to manage online marketing campaign promote brand online
  • Ensure all SEO Work, both Off Page and On Page done is on par with Industry Standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

The Incumbent is responsible for formulating and developing Digital Marketing related deliverables that support marketing programs/campaigns as well as the business’s overall objectives. He/she should be able to design, build and maintain the organic presence of all RPCI’s brands online.

  • Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems especially with excel, word and powerpoint (or its equivalent).
