- Maintain good communication with affiliates, publishers and optimize campaigns
- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
- Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met across all affiliate partners
Qualifications
- Understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
- In-depth knowledge and experience of various tracking platforms such as Affise, Cake, Trackier, Voluum, and MMP platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc. and tech integration with various traffic sources

Job Description
- Own multi-channel digital marketing plans for specific countries including: paid-search, paid-social, affiliates & partnerships, lead generation, mobile-app & referrals
- Create, manage and optimise digital campaigns to acquire the right number of users to targets and cost
- Set up, test and manage attribution and tracking for all activity
- Manage and develop the day-to-day relationships with affiliates and partners
- Collect, report and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI on campaigns
- Identify and activate new channels and partners
Qualifications
- Relevant experience across digital acquisition channels like: PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social (4-5 years)
- Understanding of technical aspects of online advertising including conversion optimisation
- Highly analytical and comfortable with raw data in Excel
- A bonus: Experience of working across different countries

What You Will Do
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic own media channels
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback present results
- Overseeing or directly managing digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
