JOB SUMMARY
- HAS AN EXPERIANCE OF 5-6 YEARS OF EDITING WEDDING FILMS USING FCPX.
- ABLE TO ADOPT OUR EDITING STYLE.
- EDITING / COLOR CORRECTION / REVIEWING SHOULD BE PART OF YOUR DAILY WORK FLOW.
- A DEEP SENSE OF MUSIC AND HAS PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE OF EDITING WEDDING FILMS HIGHLIGHTS.
- HAS UNDERSTANDING OF WORK FLOW OF POST PRODUCTION.
- Grades shots with a full range of primary and secondary color correction, including the ability to selectively grade individual elements within a shot ( multi layer colour correction).
- Prepares for client sessions; liaises with Producers and assistants beforehand to check elements to ensure accuracy and flag any technical concerns. To drive for excellence in customer service and quality delivery.
- Reviewing of produced videos and providing corrections to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE
- EDITING HIGHLIGHTS OF WEDDING FILMS
- REVIEWING VIDEOS AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO THE TEAM.
- MAINTAINING A QUALITY CONTROL AND CHECK IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE COMPANY.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in film industry in color correction/ color grading. Result driven personality with energy, commitment and a strong drive to succeed. Great customer mind- set and problem solving skills. Strong technical knowledge of color correction platforms such as FCP, Premier,etc
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with clients and internal producers regularly and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Must be able to maintain flexible schedule to meet production requirements; ability to work long hours as needed; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Ability to focus for long periods of time; excellent visual acuity. Work well under pressure & creative; deadline & detail oriented.
- Strong technical background in post- production.
- General knowledge of film and color science. Resourceful and flexible with sound business judgment and integrity. Must have general knowledge of various file and data formats.
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER who can work with Production and Operations for the benefit of the facility. Ability to work across different cultures and time differences (where necessary).

We are looking for a Video Editor responsible for assembling all shot footage and editing videos for social media marketing platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. The candidate will be working with our marketing team to create campaign videos from scratch, from helping the production team shoot and then editing different cuts for different platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
- Should know how to edit graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Trim footage, Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
