What’s going to be doing:
Reviewing and processing all queues within the Admin Portal Request system by the related procurement policies and procedures.

Be sure that buy orders are created for executed Admin Portal Requests and comply with via till the purchase order is launched.

Prepare biweekly/ month-to-month dedication monitoring stories and observe up with Activity Group Leaders for well-timed clearance of excellent commitments.

Resolving any exception conditions which will come up associated with Admin Portal Requests and working with the groups and Enterprise Models throughout the Bank to resolve points.

Perform investigation and rectify failed service entry sheet transactions.

Liaising with HQ and varied Business Models throughout the Bank to resolve points or effective action.

Reviewing and processing mounted asset disposal requests by the related asset disposal insurance policies and procedures.

Assist in monitoring excellent Statement of Expenses (SOEs) and comply with delinquent vacationers as per the Travel Insurance policies and Procedures.

Help in calculating Quantity Reductions and/or Service Stage Settlement credit.

Assessment and 12 months end accrual transactions per the related accrual procedures and coordinated with related business items and groups to ensure well-timed processing of accruals throughout the established timeline.

Carry out post-accrual evaluations and guarantee accrued transactions are cleared throughout the established timeline.

Observe Enterprise Models and Job Group Leads in resolving growing older vendor invoices.

Present help in making ready stories using advanced Excel expertise.

{Qualifications} for this Job:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum 2 years related expertise in SAP or equivalent system-based accounting and procurement transaction processing and reviewing activities.

Earlier expertise as an SAP Transaction Specialist can be desired

Glorious understanding of related procedures and processes associated with SAP/Admin Portal transactions.

An understanding of procurement processes and insurance policies can be a plus.
