Getting ready, analyzing, and presenting the International Market financials in MEC, QEC, and YEC and submitting Management evaluation packs with actionable insights.
Support business through Forecasting, Budgeting, and Strategic plans with related inputs.
Problem remedy & personal Market KPIs analysis.
Take part & execute tasks to contribute to Finance Hoshin.
Ad-hoc Help to the CoE/ Central FP&A Team / BG / BU with related & helpful monetary data and facilitate/contribute to efficient decision-making course.
Identify, Develop & Implement the ideas – Simplify, Standardize, and Harmonize the activities/reports by adopting the best practices from other Markets. Automate the studies with the assistance of varied instruments. Add worth to the method
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, FMS, Factory Finance, PPA).
{Qualifications} for this Job:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated examine. CA/CPA/ICWAI/MBA Finance is the preferred.
5+year of working expertise with monetary management, management reporting and business analyses, ideally inside a global setting
Superior technical abilities in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint Expertise with reporting & analytical instruments, like SPSS, Enterprise-Intelligence environments, SQL, and so forth.
Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools
